![]() ![]() Shelby was my server last night and she did an awesome job. The bowling experience is always great and the service is amazing. but they have a bar which earns them one more star. Id only give them 3 stars because they care more for their electric bill then to keep people cool while bowling. This coming from a league bower that bowls frequently at the establishment. They keep their lanes maintained and have decent food for what youd expect for a bowling center. Oh and their employees like to creep on children, and once they do that they like to support their employees actions and continue to let it happen. ![]() Entirely too pricey for the limited bowling experience. Shoe rentals were the only rough part, as those were $4.95 per rental ![]() We bowled 4 games each and made it worth it, as we did the unlimited bowling for $16.99 The gaming area goes by real quick when you have a lot of little kids running around ($50 in about an hour)! The lanes were clean, as were the seating area. Great experience bowling at this large bowling alley located right off of 985. Additionally, the food must be ordered by pushing a button and calling a waitress because the kitchen staff do not take orders even though the kitchen is directly within sight and has a counter that looks like it should be used for ordering. The others were just turned off and were not able to be used. The bowling was good as always, but they only had about 5 lanes open at the time out of their 28? lanes. Customer service could have been better if there was more communication. Afterwards the game cut off and it was not explained to us how bowling games are based on per person per game. The rush was understandable but really unnecessary for a group of five people that really wanted to eat at their leisure. Our waiter was very nice in the beginning but after 30 minutes she began to rush us Im paying the bill because her shift was ending. Not stars and strike material The Establishment is old and the bowling area looks dingy. Her comment made it seem like his attitude towards staff and customers was normal to react that way. The server apologized for the miscommunication and I asked if he is always like that. Me and the server walked back to our lane after that. I asked him who he was talking to and he just stood there with a befuddled look on his face. There was a misunderstanding between what we asked the server, and what she asked him. 50 wings we asked about the special listed on the door. His tone got louder and worse and repeated his statement. 50 wings!" Not sure if he was talking to the server or me I asked again the sign says buy 10 get 10 half off. She said she would check again and I went to the desk as well to point out the sign on the door. So we asked her again about the sign near the main entrance and online that said buy 10 get 10 half off. She said there was no wing special, we havent had. Asked our waiter about the wing special on Wednesdays, and there was miscommunication between her and the GM Scott.
